In my current work, I use ink and watercolor on paper. I have always admired Paul Klee's playful works and approach drawing in the spirit of play. My interest in architectural structures, mechanical devices and human relationships are reflected in these "contraptions".

To me, painting is about process and expression. It takes me into the realm of exploration, discovery, and innovation. Balance and sense of space are necessary in the quest for solidity and depth. There is a meditative way in which I work during which loss and transformation occur. The finished work is an expression of an intuitive inner sense of consonance.
